This Privacy Policy explains how Flowmark, made by Zyrix Technologies LLC ("the App", "we", "us"), handles your information. Flowmark is a to‑do app that helps you organize tasks, build streaks, and optionally share lists and sync across your devices. We aim to collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

The short version: Your tasks live on your device, and sync to our cloud only when you sign in. We don't show ads or sell your information. Contacts you grant access to are read on your device to pre‑fill a recipient and are not uploaded to our servers.

1. Information we collect

Account information

If you create an account, we collect your email address and an authenticated sign‑in managed by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password in plain text. You can use the App without an account ("Continue without an account").

Your content

Tasks, lists, notes, due dates, and progress (XP, streaks, achievements) you create. This is stored on your device, and—only when you are signed in—synced to our cloud (Google Firebase Firestore) so the same account sees the same tasks across devices.

Profile & shared lists

An optional display name and profile photo. If you create or join a shared list, the tasks, members' display names/photos, activity, and reactions in that list are visible to the other members of that list.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one‑time purchases ("Flowmark Pro") are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate purchases. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app‑user ID and purchase/receipt information so we can grant access to paid features. We do not receive your full payment‑card details.

Device & diagnostic information

Basic technical information such as app version, build number, device model and operating‑system version, used for support and to keep the App working.

2. Device permissions

The App requests these only when needed, and each is optional:

Contacts — when you tap a "call / text / email" action on a task, your contacts are read on your device to find the person you mentioned. Contact data is not uploaded to our servers; any number or email you confirm is saved locally on your device only.
Photos — to set a profile picture.
Calendar — to add events you create from a task (e.g. a meeting) to your device calendar.
Notifications — to deliver local reminders you schedule.

3. How we use information

To provide core features: saving, organizing, and syncing your tasks.
To enable shared lists and collaboration between members you invite.
To process and restore your purchases and unlock paid features.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the App:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
RevenueCat (purchase management) — revenuecat.com/privacy
Apple (App Store & in‑app purchases) — apple.com/legal/privacy

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your account content while your account exists. You can:

Delete individual tasks at any time in the App.
Sign out to remove your account's tasks from a device.
Request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by emailing us (see Contact). We will delete it within 30 days.

6. Children's privacy

Flowmark is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We use industry‑standard measures (including encrypted connections and access controls via Firebase) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
